Customer Services

The Customer Services Team centres around listening and providing solutions for our customers. We act as the voice for these customers. Representing them across the business and working to build their trust in the brand.

We work closely with a variety of internal customers to support us with our queries. These include office departments like Legal, Supply Chain and Safety, Security and Licensing. We also provide proactive support to our Franchisees and Operations Hierarchy. This helps us ensure we can resolve some of the most complex customer complaints.
